The kids had a blast exploring the amazing world of cocoa at the Chocolate Museum. It was like stepping into Willy Wonka's factory, with delicious treats and fun exhibits that kept us entertained for hours.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities available, such as outdoor play areas or organized games.

I chose this hotel for attending a workshop and I was pleased to find that they had 24-hour front desk, facilities for disabled guests, luggage storage, room service, and meeting facilities. The hotel also had a bar/lounge, a meeting room, and offered concierge services.

I did miss having access to a business center or a dedicated workspace for my work needs.

We had a fabulous stay at Fabrica Do Chocolate in Viana do Castelo. The hotel's concept was amazing, with chocolate-inspired themed rooms and a museum that showcased the history of chocolate. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made dietary adjustments for my sister who had allergies. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions, restaurants, and shops. We also appreciated the proximity to the start line of the Etape Portugal cycle race. The breakfast served to our table was delicious, and we enjoyed the museum and adjoining shop. it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to exploring more of the area in the future.

I had an absolutely wonderful adventure at a lovely and unique hotel. The decoration was cozy and intimate, creating a warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast was very good and filled me up for the day. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the town center. Despite the small size of my room, it had a large balcony where I could relax. The highlight of my stay was the 6-course banquet on Valentine's Night, which was truly excellent. I also enjoyed the relaxing Chocolate Experience massage and the informative museum tour. The chocolate shop had an amazing selection, and I couldn't resist buying some treats. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience! the location is ideal as it is just a short 5-minute walk from the historical city center. It made exploring the city a breeze and I enjoyed being able to easily visit all the famous landmarks and restaurants nearby.

The only drawback was the lack of a reliable internet connection in the meeting room, which posed some difficulties for my work.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful area, proximity to the old town centre and is perfect for families as there are themed rooms and also a chocolate museum on-site. The breakfast is wonderful with a variety of items to choose from. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed and tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities such as comfortable beds and well-functioning air conditioning.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms are a bit narrow, so it may not be suitable for those who prefer more spacious accommodations.
